1. Definition

1.3 Affiliated company: refers to the affiliated company of the operator of OneMall.

2 Account registration and use

2.5 [Account Usage] Since your account is associated with your personal information and OneMall’s business information, your account can only be used by you. If OneMall judges that your account/property security and/or OneMall information security may be endangered during your use of the account according to this agreement and OneMall rules, OneMall may suspend, refuse or terminate the corresponding services to you.

Once your account is transferred, the rights and obligations under the account will be transferred together. You should seek compensation from the infringer through judicial, administrative and other relief channels .

3. OneMall Services and Specifications

You state and warrant that you have corresponding and legal rights to the information you publish, that the information you publish and the actions you perform comply with relevant laws and regulations, national mandatory standards and the provisions of this Agreement, and that you are responsible for the information you publish. We are responsible for the management of information. Information in which you violate relevant laws and regulations and the provisions of this Agreement should be deleted immediately. Otherwise, OneMall may take necessary measures to deal with the information and accounts you posted in accordance with the law or this Agreement.

3.2.2 [Prohibited information] You should ensure that the information you publish does not contain the following content:

* Content that violates the prohibitive provisions of relevant national laws and regulations;

* Contents of political propaganda, feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or abetting is fraudulent, false, inaccurate or misleading;

* Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or involves third-party trade secrets and other proprietary rights

* Content that insults, slanders, threatens, involves other people’s privacy, and infringes on other people’s legitimate rights and interests;

* The existence of viruses, Trojans, crawlers and other malware and program codes that may damage, tamper with, delete, or affect the normal operation of any system of OneMall or secretly obtain the data and personal information of OneMall and other users without authorization;

* Other content that violates social public interests or public morals or is not suitable for publishing in the community according to OneMall’s relevant agreements and rules.

3.3 Transactions and Reviews

[Purchase] The products, prices and other information displayed on OneMall are only offer invitations. When placing an order through OneMall, you must fill in the quantity of the products you wish to purchase, the name of the consignee, contact information, delivery address, etc., and the system will generate a To make an offer, by filling in this information, you authorize OneMall to disclose this information to a third party for the purpose of performing this agreement. After receiving your offer information, OneMall has the right to reasonably consider factors such as product inventory, authenticity and reasonableness of the transaction, etc. Determine whether to confirm the contractual relationship with you for this order; if OneMall does not accept your offer, you will receive a full refund if you have already paid at this time.

[Invoice] Please note that goods purchased from overseas belong to cross-border e-commerce, and domestic invoices in China are not provided.

3.4 Return and refund rules

[No return or exchange service] Due to the particularity of cross-border purchase of goods and the restrictions on cross-border logistics delivery, OneMall does not provide any return or exchange service .

[The product does not match the actual product] The product received does not match the photo: The product images provided by OneMall are from images uploaded by Japanese sellers and are for reference only. If there is a color difference or size error between the actual product received and the picture, please refer to the actual product. OneMall will not accept return applications for this reason.

[Situations where refunds are possible] Except when the user has actually accepted or used the product, if one of the following circumstances occurs, the user has the right to request a refund from the product seller:

3.5 Limitation of Liability

After you place an order, it is deemed that you have reached an agreement with the seller or purchasing agent of the goods. [Responsible Subject] The signing of this agreement does not mean that OneMall is responsible for your registration identity, qualifications, performance capabilities, services and other behaviors or the authenticity, accuracy, legality and validity of the information you upload, publish or submit yourself. Any express or implied guarantees and other responsibilities do not mean that OneMall becomes a participant in the transaction between you and other OneMall users. Unless otherwise expressly provided by law, OneMall has no obligation to participate in any dispute resolution and other activities related to the transaction. You shall independently bear all legal responsibilities in your own name for any complaints, disputes, disputes, compensation, etc. caused by your actions, unless otherwise provided by law .

8.2 Processing after the termination of the agreement

[OneMall Rights] After the termination of this Agreement, OneMall still enjoys the following rights within the scope permitted by law:

ii.For your past breach of contract, OneMall may still pursue liability for breach of contract from you in accordance with this Agreement.

[Transaction Processing] After the termination of this agreement, OneMall can notify the counterparty of the transaction and decide whether to close the transaction order according to the wishes of the counterparty of the transaction; if the counterparty of the transaction requires to continue to perform If so, you shall continue to perform the terms of this agreement and the transaction order for such transaction order, and bear any loss or increase any expenses arising therefrom.

9. User’s breach of contract and handling

9.1 Determination of breach of contract

9.2 Measures for handling breach of contract

[Information Processing] If the information you publish in OneMall constitutes a breach of contract, we can immediately delete or block the corresponding information according to the corresponding rules.

[Behavior Restrictions] If your behavior within OneMall, or behavior that has not been implemented on OneMall but has an impact on OneMall and its users, constitutes a breach of contract, we may deduct points from your account and suspend some of the services provided to you in accordance with the corresponding rules. or all services and other processing measures. If your behavior constitutes a fundamental breach of contract, you agree that we can seal your account and terminate the provision of services to you, and you will no longer be able to log in and use relevant services based on your account.

9.3 Liability for compensation if your behavior causes us and/or its affiliates to suffer losses (including direct economic losses and indirect economic losses such as external liquidated damages, compensation payments, settlement payments, fines, attorney fees, litigation costs, loss of goodwill, etc.) Or if a third party claims rights and assumes obligations such as monetary payment to the third party, you shall compensate us and/or its affiliates for all the above losses. If your behavior causes a third party to suffer losses or you fail to fulfill the mediation decision, we and/or its affiliates will temporarily withhold the amount (if any) in your OneMall account and deduct the corresponding amount for the purpose of protecting social and public interests. 9.4 Special date

11. General matters

11.3 [Restrictions on Transfer of Rights] You may not transfer or otherwise deal with all or part of your rights and obligations stipulated in these terms and conditions without our written consent.

11.4 [Applicable Law and Jurisdiction] The conclusion, entry into force, interpretation, revision, supplement, termination, execution and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the place where the Company is located, that is, the laws in force in Hong Kong. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. If any part of this Agreement is legally unenforceable, that part will be effective to the fullest extent permitted by law, while the other parts will remain in full force and effect .

11.5 [Compensation Clause] You agree to defend us against any claims, actions or demands arising out of your use or alleged use of OneMall or OneMall content or your violation of this agreement, including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees. To indemnify and hold us, our directors, officers and agents harmless .

11.6 [Index Explanation] The index keywords listed before each clause are only for helping you understand the purpose expressed in the clause, and will not affect or limit the meaning or interpretation of the clause in this agreement.
