How does your payment system work?
You can pay for items, auction bids and international shipping with a credit/debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay (iPhone app).
When do I have to pay for items and shipping fees?
When purchasing items from Japanese online markets, you can pay directly after adding your desired items to the cart. Once your items arrive at our warehouse, go to Order > Warehouse, choose your shipping method and pay the international shipping fee. If the final weight or size differs from the estimate, the difference will be refunded or added to your next shipping payment.
What methods of payment are available? Which is preferable?
You can pay directly using a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, etc.) or via PayPal. Credit card or PayPal is the fastest and most cost-effective method.
Is it possible to pay in other currencies?
When using PayPal, all payments will automatically be converted to USD based on PayPal or your bank account’s exchange rate. When using a credit card, Stripe’s exchange rate applies.
What fees do you charge？
• Service fee: ¥300 per item (Yahoo! JAPAN Auctions: 3% of the final price incl. tax, min ¥200 / max ¥300 per order; LinkBuy: 5% of the item price, min ¥200 / max ¥1,000)
• Consolidation: free for up to 6 orders; ¥100 per order from the 7th
• Storage: free for 90 days after arrival; extended storage $2.50/week, payable with your international shipping fee
• Discard service: ¥500 per order
