By using the OneMall Japanese Proxy Service and placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following Shopping Guidelines.
1. Nature of OneMall’s Service
OneMall operates as a cross-border purchasing assistance and facilitation service.
(1)OneMall is not the manufacturer, owner, or direct seller of any goods.
(2)All products are sourced from third-party sellers or platforms located in Japan, including online marketplaces and physical stores.
(3)OneMall’s services are limited to:
- Assisting customers in placing purchase orders
- Coordinating payment and communication
- Arranging international logistics and delivery support
(4)OneMall does not manufacture, inspect, authenticate, certify, or control the goods themselves and does not make independent representations or warranties regarding product quality, condition, authenticity, or fitness for purpose.
(5)OneMall is responsible only for performing its purchasing assistance services with reasonable care, consistent with these guidelines.
2. Product Information, Authenticity, and Condition
(1)Product descriptions, images, condition, edition, authenticity, and availability are provided solely by third-party sellers.
(2)OneMall does not independently verify or guarantee the authenticity of any goods.
(3)Second-hand, resale, or pre-owned items involve higher inherent risks, including the risk of inauthenticity or undisclosed defects.
(4)Due to seller restrictions and the nature of proxy purchasing, second-hand or resale items are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable once ordered, except where required by applicable law.
(5)Certain categories inherently carry higher transaction risks, including but not limited to:
- Collectible trading cards
- Figures, toys, and limited-edition items
- Second-hand or resale goods
3. Return & Refund Policy
Overview
OneMall is a proxy-purchasing (daigou) service. When you place an order, we purchase the item on your behalf from a third-party Japanese marketplace or seller, receive it at our Japan warehouse, and forward it to you internationally.
Because each item is purchased specifically for you and cannot be resold, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds once an item has arrived at our Japan warehouse. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Returns
We do not accept buyer-initiated returns. Items cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, no-longer-wanted, or shipping cost being higher than expected.
Refunds (seller-side issues only)
Refunds are issued only when the problem originates from the seller or the marketplace, before the item reaches you:

| Seller does not ship within the required time (e.g., a Mercari seller fails to ship within 7 days) | Eligible for refund. Refund arrives in 5–10 business days. |
| Seller cancels the order | Automatic refund. Refund arrives in 5–10 business days. |
| Counterfeit item | Refund possible with valid authentication evidence. Approval rate is low and return shipping is paid by the buyer. |
Items already received at our warehouse
Once an item has arrived at our Japan warehouse, it cannot be refunded, including cases where you no longer want the item or consider the shipping cost too high. You may choose to forfeit (abandon) an item held in our warehouse. Forfeiting is free of charge, but no refund is issued for forfeited items.
Warehouse storage
We store purchased items free of charge for 90 days, plus an additional 2 weeks. Items not shipped or claimed after this period are treated as abandoned and discarded, with no refund.
Damaged on arrival
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within a reasonable time at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the damage, and an unboxing video. We respond within 24–48 hours. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

4. Payments, Shipping Fees, Customs, and Import Compliance
(1)International shipping fees are calculated after items arrive at OneMall’s Tokyo warehouse and are based on actual weight, volume, and the selected shipping method.
(2)If the selected shipping method requires customs clearance assistance (e.g., DHL Special Line), you are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
(3)Goods imported for personal use may be subject to resale restrictions under applicable customs and local laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
(4)OneMall cannot control customs authorities and bears no responsibility for customs delays, inspections, seizures, rejections, or penalties.
5. Cross-Border Transaction Risks
(1)Cross-border purchasing involves differences in laws, regulations, and commercial practices between jurisdictions, including but not limited to:
- Consumer protection standards
- Return and refund practices
- Import, export, and customs requirements
(2)You understand and agree that cross-border purchasing assistance is subject to risks not present in domestic retail transactions.
6. Dispute Resolution Approach
(1)If a dispute arises, customers are encouraged to contact OneMall first for assistance.
(2)OneMall will make commercially reasonable efforts to help facilitate communication with third-party sellers or logistics providers.
(3)OneMall does not guarantee any specific outcome, including refunds, replacements, or reimbursements.
7. User Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Risk
(1)By placing an order through OneMall, you confirm that:
- You understand OneMall acts as a purchasing assistance service and not as the seller
- You accept the inherent risks of cross-border purchasing
- You voluntarily choose to proceed with the transaction
(2)If you do not agree with or cannot accept these guidelines and risks, please do not place an order.
(3)Nothing in these guidelines limits or waives any rights that cannot be excluded or waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
