Shopping Guide – UniShop

  • The “UniShop” service supports proxy purchasing from Japanese e-commerce sites beyond those directly linked within OneMall. You can select items from any Japanese shopping website, submit the product link and basic information (name, specifications, listed price, notes) to us for review. Once approved, we will provide the purchasing service.
  • The submitted product links must be from Japanese domestic shopping sites. If a single order includes items from multiple websites, we will split the order accordingly. When purchasing pre-order items with different release dates, the source website may split your order, resulting in additional domestic shipping fees for each item.
  • Please confirm that the total amount of items in your order complies with the customs regulations for personal imports and exports.
  • If you want to purchase multiple items, you can select Add to Submission List after entering each item’s link and information. Once all items are added, go to My > Shop Freely > Pending Submission to submit them as a single review order. Order creation follows rules outlined in points 2 and 3.
  • Since domestic shipping fees, fee structures, and logistics vary by website, the actual domestic shipping fee will be based on the target website’s charges upon order placement. We will cover this cost in advance, and it will be collected along with international shipping fees when the items arrive at our Japanese warehouse.
  • The system will automatically calculate the service fee based on the item’s price and quantity. The “UniShop” service charges a 5% proxy fee on the item price, with a minimum of 200 JPY and a maximum of 1,000 JPY.
  • Please ensure the accuracy of the entered product details. The item price should be inclusive of tax. If the entered price significantly differs from the source website price, the item will not pass the review. In case of slight price changes, we will approve the review and adjust the price; the review result is final. When purchasing multi-spec items (clothing, shoes), be sure to specify the item specifications.
  • In compliance with import and export regulations, proxy-purchased items must not contain any prohibited or restricted items. Please verify that your purchased items comply with relevant regulations. Repeated submissions of prohibited items may result in limitations or bans on the “UniShop” function, and severe cases may lead to account suspension.
  • Upon approval, you will be notified by SMS. Please complete the payment within 24 hours of approval, or the order will be automatically canceled. If the review fails, check My > Shop Freely > Review Failed to see the problematic items and reasons for failure.


Order Cancellation and Refund

  • After payment, before the status changes to Merchant Order Completed, you may cancel the order if the seller has not yet accepted it. Once accepted, cancellations and refunds are not allowed for subjective reasons. Please confirm your purchase intent before checkout. For exceptional cases, contact customer service for assistance.
  • In cases of force majeure (out-of-stock items or seller refusal to sell), we will cancel your order and refund the total amount (including service fees) to your payment account within three business days.

Shipping Timeline

  • In-Stock Items: Once the seller ships, items typically arrive at the Japanese warehouse within 3-5 business days.
  • Pre-Order Items with a Set Release Date: After release, items are shipped domestically in Japan within 2-3 business days and reach the warehouse in 3-5 business days.
  • Pre-Order Items without a Set Release Date: For items listed with estimated release dates (“Expected release late January 2024”), you can check the item page for updates. Once the release date is confirmed, the shipping timeline follows the process outlined above for items with a set release date.
