Please read and accept the Terms of Service (TOS) before registering to use OneMall services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
OneMall offers buying and auction bidding services under these Terms of Service (TOS), which may be updated at any time without notice. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest TOS.
2. Definitions
- OneMall: OneMall Proxy Shopping Service operated by INAGORA Co., Ltd., Japan.
- Client: An individual or legal entity registered on the OneMall Website.
- Agreements: Collectively refers to all rules and agreements posted on the OneMall Website.
- Client’s Information: Information disclosed to OneMall by any Client.
3. Services Provided by OneMall
OneMall offers the following services to Clients:
- Shopping Service: Acting on behalf of Clients to purchase and dispatch merchandise requested through the Website.
- Auction Bidding Service: Acting on behalf of Clients to place auction bids and dispatch won items.
4. OneMall Obligations
- Shopping Service: OneMall will purchase the requested merchandise and arrange for dispatch once payment is received from the Client.
- Auction Bidding Service: For successful auction bids, One Mall will purchase and dispatch merchandise after receiving payment from the Client.
- Payment Restrictions: WeChat Pay funds cannot be used for auction bidding due to payment gateway policies.
5. Prohibited Items
The following items cannot be purchased through OneMall’s buying or auction bidding services:
- Illegal items as per Japanese or destination country law.
- Items against public order and morality.
- Items that may lead to or encourage criminal activity.
- Dangerous goods are harmful to health or life.
- Illegal adult products, violence-promoting items.
- Malfunctioning items.
- Living organisms (animals, plants, bacteria, viruses, etc.).
- Flammable or explosive goods.
- Cultural heritage items.
- Items that infringe on third-party intellectual property or violate privacy.
- Items harming third-party rights.
- Oversized products with shipping restrictions.
- Alcohol, alcoholic beverages, perfumes with alcohol.
- Products prohibited from export.
- Items deemed inappropriate by OneMall.
Regarding Adult Products
OneMall strictly prohibits the purchase and shipping of items related to or resembling child pornography. This includes but is not limited to photos, videos, or realistic AI-generated images depicting individuals under 18 years of age (the legal age in Japan) in provocative attire, partial or full nudity, or involved in indecent acts.
OneMall reserves the right to unilaterally determine if an item falls under this category without disclosing the evaluation criteria. Any item identified as violating this policy will be disposed of without compensation, and the client’s account may face punitive actions.
6. Prohibited Behavior
When using OneMall services, clients are prohibited from:
- Purchasing or bidding on items is prohibited by OneMall.
- Engaging in activities that conflict with this agreement and other OneMall guidelines.
- Participating in activities that could harm OneMall’s or its partners’ reputation and business operations.
- Undertaking any activity deemed inappropriate by OneMall.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Shopping Service: OneMall makes no representations or warranties regarding vendors, product quality, non-infringement of third-party rights, reliability, or legal compliance of merchandise.
- Auction Bidding Service: OneMall makes no guarantees regarding the truthfulness, accuracy, reliability, or legal compliance of auction items.
- Service Disruptions: OneMall is not liable for any damages to clients caused by discontinuations, delays, interruptions, or data loss due to communication issues or system failures.
- Client Violation: OneMall is not liable for damages to clients arising from violations of this agreement.
- General Liability: OneMall bears no responsibility for damages incurred by clients unless caused by intentional negligence by OneMall.
8. Registration
- Individuals or legal entities agreeing to the TOS may register on the website.
- Individuals must register personally; proxy registrations are not accepted.
- Legal entities must have authorized personnel register on behalf of the entity.
- OneMall reserves the right to reject any registration application at its discretion.
9. Fees
Fees, including calculation methods and payment terms, are determined by OneMall and may be amended periodically.
10. Payment of Fees
Clients must pay the merchandise price and relevant fees in advance.
11. Storage of Merchandise
- OneMall provides free storage for up to 60 days after merchandise is delivered to OneMall.
- After 60 days, a storage fee of 50 yen per day per item applies.
- Storage fees must be paid before dispatch if incurred.
- If the storage period exceeds 90 days, the client forfeits rights to the stored merchandise.
12. Order Cancellation
Once the merchandise is purchased, clients cannot cancel the order.
13. Refund Policy
OneMall does not accept returns or offer refunds for purchased items.
14. Changes to Services
OneMall may modify or delete any part of the services at any time, with or without notice to clients.
15. Changes to TOS
- OneMall may alter, amend, or modify the TOS without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting on the website.
- Continued use of services after changes implies agreement to the modified TOS.
16. Jurisdiction
- The TOS is governed by Japanese law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
- Disputes arising from the TOS are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court, Japan.
- Both clients and OneMall are expected to uphold obligations until disputes are resolved.
17. Discontinuation and Suspension of Services
- OneMall may temporarily suspend services without notice for reasons including:
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance,
- Communication or power disruptions,
- Natural disasters, government instructions, or other emergency situations,
- Technical issues.
- OneMall disclaims liability for any damages caused by temporary service discontinuations.
