How does your payment system work?
You can use a credit card to complete all payments on OneMall. your deposit can be used for item payments, auction bids, or international shipping fees.
When do I have to pay for items and shipping fees?
When purchasing items from Japanese online markets, you can pay directly after adding your desired items to the cart. Once your items or auction goods arrive at the warehouse and are packed, we will charge you for the international shipping fee.
What methods of payment are available? Which is preferable?
You can pay directly using a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, etc.) or via PayPal. Credit card or PayPal is the fastest and most cost-effective method.
Is it possible to pay in other currencies?
When using PayPal, all payments will automatically be converted to USD based on PayPal or your bank account’s exchange rate. When using a credit card, Stripe’s exchange rate applies.
