We are responsible for an item from the moment it arrives at our warehouse until it leaves our facility. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, we strive to protect our clients. However, OneMall is not liable for the actions of sellers, such as delays, mismatches between the item and its description, or delivery of damaged or incorrect items.
While our staff can assist with seller communication to resolve disputes, we cannot guarantee positive outcomes. Such issues are rare with new items from Japanese marketplaces, but if you are concerned about the item’s condition, we recommend using our “Item Photo” service before international shipping.
OneMall is not responsible for any damages or losses occurring during domestic or international shipping. In such cases, claims should be directed to the relevant transportation company. We are also not liable for any delays caused by customs procedures in your country.
We continuously work on improving automatic translation; however, we are not responsible if customers mistakenly purchase items due to translation errors. If you have any doubts about product descriptions, please reach out to our team for assistance.
We are not liable for actions taken by third parties who may have accessed your account, with or without your permission.
If OneMall is responsible for damage or loss of an item, we will issue a refund, limited to the purchase price of the product.
