When will you ship my items?
After your items have arrived at our warehouse, you can decide when, where and how to ship them. To begin, go to the “Parcels” tab on your account. Once you specify your shipping details and pay for the international shipping, we will ship your parcel within 5-6 Working Days.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, all parcels have tracking numbers. You will be able to track your parcel from your account once the parcel is shipped.
The situation regarding the tax paid by the company and the tax paid by the company
When the package arrives in the destination country, customs duties may apply according to local customs regulations. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties.
Each country/region has its own customs policies, including tax rates and exemption rules. For specific details, please contact the customs office of the destination country/region.
Matters needing attention：
1. Please refrain from purchasing items that contain spray cans
OneMall cannot provide shipping services for any products with aerosol content.Products like hair tonics, hair growth tonics, toners, deodorants, and gas canisters for stoves are highly likely to be spray-type items. Therefore, please confirm carefully whether the product is considered a spray item before making a purchase.
2. Please refrain from purchasing frozen or fresh food items
All goods are stored and shipped overseas at ambient temperatures. Therefore, frozen, refrigerated, and fresh foods are likely to thaw and spoil after arrival at OneMall’s warehouse due to exposure to room temperature.
Please confirm that the items you purchase are not frozen, refrigerated, or fresh food products before placing an order.
3. Items classified as prohibited goods cannot be shipped
If you purchase prohibited items that conflict with the laws of the destination country or may cause danger during shipping, international shipping may not be possible. Since prohibited items vary by destination country’s regulations, please confirm whether the item you intend to purchase falls under prohibited goods.
However, if the purchased item is classified as prohibited in the destination country and cannot be shipped, OneMall will not be able to provide compensation for any resulting losses. We appreciate your understanding.
